Return and Refund Policy

At POSTMALONETOUR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, and our return and refund policy is designed to ensure that your expectations are met. Please review the following guidelines for our return and refund process:

Order Cancellation and Modifications:

We understand that sometimes decisions can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed for packaging and shipping, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.
Please note: A cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 applies to cover payment gateway, warehouse, and platform charges.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-receipt of your product within the guaranteed delivery window of 45 business days (excluding processing time).
  2. Receipt of incorrect or damaged items.

To initiate a refund or exchange, kindly provide the necessary details, including:

  • Unpacking pictures or videos of damaged or defective products
  • Your order number
  • Your full name

We will process your request within 24 hours on weekdays.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or an error, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Send your return request along with order details to service@postmalonetour.shop.
  2. The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will vary depending on the carrier.
  4. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are available under the following circumstances:

  1. Items that are undelivered due to an error by the shipping carrier will be replaced at no extra cost.
  2. Orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to customer input error will require the customer to cover the cost of replacement items.

Conditions for Refusal of Refunds or Returns/Exchanges:

Refunds, returns, and exchanges may be refused under the following conditions:

  1. Pre-order and custom-made sales are final, unless the product is defective.
  2. Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
  3. Incorrect customer information leading to unsuccessful delivery.
  4. Delays caused by customs holds or other unforeseen factors.
  5. Orders returned after the allowable return period.
  6. Returns made without prior approval.

Delivery Failure:

In the event of delivery failure, we will attempt to contact you via email. If we do not receive a response or if we are unable to contact you due to inaccurate details, we will not be held liable for the loss of the order.
